Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: Yes! Our company policy stipulates that all commercial property accounts require a contract agreement so that you can get the best and greatest satisfaction of our services.

Q: What about the proper insurance?

A: We carry General Liability insurance and Workman's Compensation coverage. This is to protect you against damaged property or injury to person while our staff is on your property performing janitorial cleaning or maintenance services.

Q: As a PCJS Team Member, will I be covered under the company's insurance policy?

Yes! However, PCJS only provides general liability and workmans compensation insurance coverage for the individual hired. If you are a business entity seeking employment with PCJS you must provide proof; with your application, of your company's active general liability and workman's compensation coverage.

Q: Who is going to clean my Office building?

A: Peachy Clean Janitorial Services, LLC. will be servicing your cleaning needs. Our teams may sometimes consist of one, two and three team members.

Q: Will the same team member or team always clean?

A: Our goal is to have the same staff member or team cleaning your office every time. However, circumstances like sickness, weather, holidays, vacations and accidents might cause a different team member to clean.

Q: Are background checks performed on all staff members?

A: Yes! All staff members are background checked to make sure they are 100% in compliance with our company staff member policy. You can rest assured that your janitorial and maintenance services are provided by an individual who will represent PCJS with the utmost professionalism and pride in their job and will take good care of your needs.

Q: How long does it take to clean?

A: Time will vary depending on the condition and size of your building or space.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with any cleaning visit we will dispatch a supervisor to rectify any problem immediately. If you are not happy, then we are not happy! When you invest in PCJS, you will get nothing less than QUALITY SERVICE every time!

Q: Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

A: We provide some supplies and equipment. However, we can use your supplies and equipment, we would be please to accommodate your request.

Q: How do I leave special instructions for my cleaning team?

A: Please contact us via e-mail or call your assigned PCJS Account Supervisor with your special instructions. Please do not leave any notes.

Q: How would I pay for your services?

A: You can pay with a debit or credit card, checks, and cash through our invoicing system.

Q: As a PCJS Team Member, will I recieve any paid holidays?

A: Yes! PCJS observes and allows time off with pay for eligible team members on each of the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day (November 26th), Christmas Day (December 25th), and New Year’s Day (January 1st)

Eligible Team Members: Team members whose site frequency is three (3) times or more per week are eligible for holiday pay. These team members are eligible immediately on joining the company. Team members whose site frequency is two (2) times or less per week are not eligible for holiday pay. Also, backup team members are not eligible for holiday pay. Holiday pay eligibility shall further depend on the team member working regular time on the workday preceding and regular time on the workday following the holiday. The only exceptions to this rule shall be as approved by the PCJS Corporate Office.

Weekends: If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday; it will be observed on that day only.

Work on holidays: At times, business needs may require team members to work on a holiday, and the company reserves the right to require a team member to work on a holiday.

Pay rates: An eligible team member who is required to work or who is allowed time off on a observed holiday shall be paid their regular entry rate.
